1) WHAT ARE THE CLERK'S OFFICE HOURS?

                      Monday-Thursday
                      8:00-5:00
                      12-1:00 Lunch Break
                     

                      Firdays of 1st and 3rd weeks (Board Meeting)
                      Office closes at Noon

                      All other Fridays are regular schedule

**If Clerk is going to be gone for any other reason (vacation, illness, etc), there will be a note posted accordingly, in advance if possible.  WATCH THE OUTDOOR BULLETIN BOARD FOR DETAILS!

IF THERE IS A HOLIDAY, THAT FALLS ON THE WEEKEND, THE OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED ON THE FRIDAY BEFORE.

 

***SUMMER SCHEDULE:  MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND THRU LABOR DAY WEEKEND.....CLERK'S OFFICE CLOSED AT NOON EVERY FRIDAY.


2) WHAT ARE THE BUILDING INSPECTOR'S HOURS?          

The Village Building Inpsector is Joseph Perlock, out of Mosinee.  He will come into the Village, when necessary, to do inspections, but will handle permits by e-mail (with the Village Clerk).  You may pick up a Building Permit application at the Clerk's office, which will be forwarded to Mr. Perlock, who will then send your permit via the Clerk.  You can also discuss, whatever necessary, with Joe at 715-692-4663.

  

3) WHEN ARE BOARD MEETINGS?

First and third Mondays @ 6:00PM

If  a holiday falls on a board meeting Monday, the meeting will be held on Tuesday.

Board agendas are always posted at:  Associated Bank, Banner Bank, Wittenberg Post Office and the Clerk's Office

  

4) WHEN IS THE FOOD PANTRY DISTRIBUTION? HOW DOES IT WORK?

 

The food pantry distribution is the third (3rd) Wednesday of each month, from 5:30-6:00 PM, here at the Community Center.

You must fill out a form in advance.  Forms are available on this website (under Forms & Permits), or at the Village Clerk's office.
